We accept payment through PayPal and any major credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout.

All of our items are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery. We understand that USPS is facing delays due to COVID-19! Please account for these delays as you await the arrival of your order. We kindly ask for your patience as your order makes its way to you!

**Please note that USPS is currently facing significant delays in mail delivery to many locations at this time, which is outside of our control. If you have not received a package after it has been shipped out of our shop, please file a claim with USPS and/or reach out to USPS Customer Service before inquiring with us about the shipment!**

International shipment is welcome, if you don't see it listed as an option just contact us and we will adjust accordingly! **Please note that PCB Home cannot be held responsible for customs or postage fees incurred during international shipments!

Shipping is a third party service. Therefore, we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Any claims of loss or damage should be made to the delivery service.

Please be aware it is the full responsibility of the buyer to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. We accept cancellations, but if your product has already been made at the time of the cancelation request, we will be unable to accept that cancellation. At that point, you may view the above return policies to return your time after it has been delivered to you.
